The refrigeration dehumidifier adopts the principle of compressor refrigeration for dehumidification. The moisture in the air condenses and frosts when it enters the evaporator, then accumulates and drips out, and is discharged into the drain. The dehumidification method of a dehumidifier is different from that of an air conditioner. Air conditioning dehumidification is the process of reducing the temperature of the entire space and is more suitable for hot weather conditions in summer. Dehumidifier dehumidification is the process of cooling the inside of the machine, removing water from the air and slightly increasing the temperature of the space. However, the temperature difference is not reflected clearly, making it more suitable for all seasons and saving electricity.
Dehumidifiers should be avoided from being used next to heat sources, and the air inlet and outlet should be kept unobstructed. Generally, dehumidifiers should be placed in the center of the space, with sufficient space around them, and items should not be stacked. Keeping the air smooth can achieve a uniform dehumidification effect.
When used in low temperature (below 18 ℃) environments, refrigeration dehumidifiers will frost or freeze. Those with defrosting function will automatically defrost, while those without defrosting function will use manual defrosting (power off). Generally, when the temperature is low and the humidity is also low, the dehumidification effect is not obvious and the speed is slow when the humidity is below 40%. The nominal dehumidification capacity is measured under standard environmental conditions. If the dehumidification capacity is measured at 50 liters per day, it refers to the water outlet volume measured 24 hours in an environment of 30 ℃ RH80%. Some manufacturers use "pints per day" as the dehumidifier, with 1 pint=0.47341 kilograms, which is basically invalid.
During the operation of the dehumidifier, the discharge of hot air from the air outlet is a normal phenomenon of the machine. In winter, when the humidity is low, the temperature of the air outlet also significantly decreases, which is a normal phenomenon.
When consumers purchase dehumidifiers, the calculation of dehumidification capacity should comprehensively consider noise and other indicators. Generally, dehumidifiers with larger dehumidification capacity have higher noise and belong to the type of industrial equipment. If low noise dehumidification is required to meet the requirements, it is recommended to purchase more small dehumidifiers.
The condenser should be cleaned regularly and kept clean. The dehumidifier should be placed in the central position indoors. The air inlet and outlet of the dehumidifier should not be obstructed by obstacles, and the air filter should be cleaned. When the ambient temperature is below 15 ℃, the water droplets attached to the surface of the evaporator will freeze and weaken the effectiveness of the dehumidifier. If the ambient temperature exceeds 38 ℃, the pressure in the system will increase and cause the compressor to overload. At this time, the overload protector should cut off the circuit, otherwise the compressor motor will be damaged. So the optimal temperature range for dehumidifiers is between 15 ℃ and 38 ℃. Due to the automatic defrosting function of microcomputer controlled dehumidifiers, the temperature range can reach 5 ℃ to 38 ℃. If the humidity in the air is below 30%, it is too dry and uncomfortable. Therefore, a reliable humidity controller controls it to maintain a range of 50% to 60%. When using, close the doors and windows as much as possible to achieve dehumidification effect indoors. The body should be placed flat and not tilted or overturned to avoid machine malfunction or abnormal noise. The water storage capacity in the dehumidifier is too full. To avoid spilling dirty and wet ground, it is necessary to remove the power cord plug before pouring out the water in the water storage bucket during operation.
After moving the dehumidifier, it is best to let it sit for four to six hours before starting it up for use. As the compressor pipeline in the dehumidifier contains cold coal, it must take four to six hours for the cold coal to return to its original position. Regularly clean the air filter screen (approximately once every two weeks) to maintain the dehumidification and dust removal efficiency and lifespan of the machine. Clean the air filter with clean water below 40 ℃; It is better to clean with a cleaning agent. After removing the dust, rinse it with water, dry it in the shade, and then install it back into the machine body. When cleaning the body, gently wipe it with a damp cloth; Avoid direct water splashing for cleaning to avoid damaging electrical insulation. If there is adhesive on the surface of the body, it can be cleaned with soapy water to avoid spraying it with gasoline, petroleum spirit, solvent or spray type insecticide to avoid paint peeling or discoloration. Do not use thin rods or wires to dig inside the machine to avoid malfunctions or danger. When there is a power outage or long-term use, or when traveling, please unplug the power cord to maintain the machine's lifespan.
